A moment of deep relaxation, warm embrace, and conscious connection with yourself and your baby in your belly.

During this gentle prenatal massage, I will lovingly and attentively massage your entire body with warm oil, allowing you to recharge and enjoy the miracle in your belly. You will lie on a warm water cushion that adapts to the shape of your pregnant body. This allows you to also lie relaxed on your back when you are heavily pregnant. The warm water cushion is filled with a pleasant temperature of approximately 37 - 40 degrees. The warmth of the cushion and the gentle massage help to calm your nervous system, relax your muscles and calm your mind.

• For the in-home massage, it's important to have a quiet space in the house where the massage table can be set up with ample room (approximately 2 by 3 meters) and can be heated to a comfortable temperature (about 23 degrees Celsius).
